I have an Honours degree in English Literature and I graduated from RMIT with a Diploma of Graphic Design in 2001. On graduating I worked inhouse as a book designer for Pearson Australia and have been a freelance graphic designer, specialising in books, since 2002.
I am happy to take client meetings, or work remotely via email and the internet. I have worked with clients for years before actually meeting them!
I have done agency work for Aquent and others over the years and work in-house for the occasional client when required to do so. I am a fast, reliable worker, and have an editing and marketing background, so can assist with writing and proofing as the job progresses.
I am currently undertaking a Certificate III in Visual Art at the Northern College of Arts and Technology in Preston, due to graduate in October. I am always happy to discuss illustration/artwork requirements and give recommendations where I don't feel that my style is the correct fit for the job.
