Part of a series about the horrific treatment of refugees in the world. This image depicts Oscar Alberto Martinez Ramirez and his 23 month old daughter Angie Valeria, who drowned while trying to cross from Mexico into Texas in 2019.

Chine Colle is the process of adding layers of paper to the print at the time of printing. In this case red paper was added.
